كل المقاييس التي يعتمد عليها خبراء الإستراتيجيا تشير إلى أنّ الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية مقبلة على سقوط حضاري وسياسي ممّا يمهّد لبروز قوى أخرى ومنها القوّة الإسلامية , وهذه المقاييس في غاية الدقّة إذ تستند إلى مؤشرّات واقعيّة معاصرة , وإلى مؤشرّات تاريخية تتمثّل في إستكمال الغرب وعلى رأسه الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية للدورة الحضاريّة والتي تمتّد بناءا على إستقراء شبه كامل لمدّة خمسة قرون – وقد بدأت النهضة الغربية وتحديدا قبل خمس قرون و مازالت مستمرة إلى يومنا هذا - , وكل هذه المؤشرّات الواقعيّة والتاريخيّة مردفة بالإجماع الشعبي العربي والإسلامي والبشري المناهض للسياسة الأمريكية القائمة على نظام مختّل يخدم طرفا واحدا وهو الولايات المتحدّة الأمريكية .

و إذا كانت الولايات المتحدّة الأمريكية تعتمد على إختلال توازن القوى لصالحها فإنّ السقوط الحضاري يكمن دائما في أوج القوّة الحضاريّة كما يذهب إليه أرنولد توينبي صاحب كتاب : تاريخ البشريّة .

الدورة الحضاريّة

وبعد هذه الدورة التامة التي ساد فيها الغرب فستميل هذه الدورة إلى جهة أخرى , خصوصا إذا علمنا أنّ شروط إنتقال هذه الدورة قد بدأت تتوفّر في الجهة التي تنتظر دورها في توجيه الحضارة الإنسانيّة المعاصرة . وقد تمكنّ العديد من المفكرين الغربيين من الوصول إلى هذه النتيجة كروبنسون وبرتراند رسل وروني دوبو و روجي غارودي وروني جينه وغيرهم .

الخلل الكبير
إنّ أعظم ما أنتاب الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية – والحديث عنها يشمل المتحالفين معها في الكتلة الغربية – هو إنعدام التوازن في مشروعها النهضوي , فبدل أن تهتم بالإنسان كجوهر إهتمّت به كعرض , مما يجعل التقنية المتطورة التي بلغتها تسير في غير هدى حضاري , وهذا من شأنه أن يعرّض ليس أمريكا فحسب بل الإنسانية بكاملها لعملية الإنقراض الشاملة .
وهذا الإنعدام في التوازن ولدّ التخطيط المشوّه , إذ أنّ أمريكا سخرّت آلاف الملايير من الدولارات لدعم التسلّح والترسانة العسكريّة على حساب المجالات الإجتماعيّة الأخرى وهذا ما أنتج طبقة فقيرة في المجتمع الأمريكي قد تتحوّل مع مرور الأيّام إلى قنبلة موقوتة في وجه الشركات الأمريكية الكبرى ذات النفوذ الواسع في السياسة الأمريكية .

الإنسداد السياسي

عوامل كثيرة داخلية ترشحّ أمريكا للتساقط السريع مستقبلا نوجز منها ما يلي :

القوة السوداء
ما زال السود في القارة المغتصبة ممنوعين من العديد من الحقوق السياسية , ولا يمكن ورغم الديموقراطية الأمريكية التي تحولتّ إلى معزوفة تقبل بوجود شخص أسود في البيت الأبيض الذي إحتكره البيضان فقط من رجالات القرار في أمريكا .

ولم تتمكن الولايات المتحدة لحدّ الآن التغلغل إلى العمق الصيني ومازالت الصين حذرة من النشاط السياسي والإقتصادي والعسكري الأمريكي في القارة الآسيوية .

والعالم الإسالامي من جهته تجلى له بوضوح أنّ أمريكا تستهدف إمتصاص خيراته و صياغته من جديد . وما زال هذا العالم يتكبّد الآثار السلبية للتوجهات الأمريكية البراغماتية القائمة على إفراغ العالم الإسلامي من المقومات النهضوية الفكرية والمادية .

أمريكا والكيّان الصهيوني

للإدارة الأمريكية سجل في الإرهاب لا يُنَافَس ، ولأنها الدولة الأهم ، والأولى في العالم ؛ فقد تولّد لديها نزعة إمبراطورية متعاظمة ، تمثلت في غمس يدها في الصراعات الدولية ؛ لبسط نفوذها، وحماية مصالحها على حساب: العدالة ، والخير ، والأخلاق .
ولو أننا بنينا أهراماً من جماجم قتلى العدوان الأمريكي في بلاد العالم ؛ لكان شموخها يفوق شموخ برج التجارة العالمي المنهار بضع مرات .
وإذا اعتقدت في هذا شيئاً من المبالغة ؛ فواصل قراءة هذا المقال .
وقد أظهرت الإدارة الأمريكية بسلوكها الشائن أنها تفتقر إلى الخبرة ، والحسّ التاريخي ، وستدفع ثمن ذلك على المـدى البعيـد !
وهذا ما يؤكده الباحثون الأمريكيون المرموقون ، من أمثال: (بول كندي) ، و (جيمس دفدسون)، و (ليسترثرو) الذي يرى: أن الولايات المتحدة قد انهارت بالفعل .
فضلاً عن الفصول والتحليلات الجادة ، التي دونها المفكر الشهير ( نعوم تشومسكي ) ، ومن آخرها "تشريح الإرهاب" في كتاب .
وقد هممت أن أدون جرائم أمريكا ، فوجدتني أحاول محالاً ! واستعيد آلاف الملفات الملئية بالأرقام ، والإحصائيات ، والحقائق الدامغة .

2 ـ في الذكرى السابعة والخمسين للقصف الذريّ على مدينة هيروشيما ؛ ذكر راديو اليابان الدولي أنه: تم إضافة 4977 اسماً ، تم التأكد حديثاً من أن وفاتهم كانت إثر القصف !!
في ( القبر الأجوف ) يرقد فقط مائتان وست وعشرون ألف وثمانمائة وسبعون ضحية ! الرقم صحيح !
وكان القصف في 6 أغسطس 1945م ، وهذه أول قنبلة نووية شهدتها البشرية .
3 ـ 1951م في كوريا ، بدعوى صد العدوان الشيوعي الشمالي ضد كوريا الجنوبية ، ولا يزال في كوريا الجنوبية ثلاثين ألف جندي أمريكي .
4 ـ 1954م في إيران ؛ وقتل الآلاف من الجماهير ، وأعلن مسؤول في الخارجية الأمريكية أنه:كان علينا أن نتدخل لحماية مواردنا !
نعم ! لحماية مواردهم ، التي وجدت اتفاقاً في أراضي الغير !!
5 ـ 1965م في إندونيسيا ؛ انقلاب مدعوم أمريكياً ، المجازر تصل إلى قريب من مليوني قتيل ، من الفلاحين ، والفقراء ، وقد شبهت أجهزة الاستخبارات الأمريكية ما حدث هناك بالجرائم التي اقترفها هتلر وستالين ، وقامت مظاهرات الفرح في أمريكا ، ولم تخف الصحافة الوطنية سرورها بما جرى !!
6 ـ 1973م في تشيلي ؛ انقلاب أمريكي ، ومصرع الآلاف فيما عرف بـ ( استاد الموت ) .
7 ـ فيتنام ؛ التي غزاها نحو مليون جندي ، ولمدة أحد عشر عاماً ، واستخدمت فيها أنواع الأسلحة المحرمة دولياً ، وامتدت إلى عام 1975م .
وبعد ثلاثين عاماً من توقف الولايات المتحدة عن رش المواد الكيماوية هناك ؛ كشف حديثاً عن معاناة مليون شخص ، من بينهم مائة وخمسون ألف طفل مشوه ، من آثار المواد الكيماوية ، التي كانت تلقيها الطائرات الأمريكية على الغابات ؛ لحرمان المقاتلين من الاحتماء بها .
8 ـ تدخلات عديدة في نيكاراجوا ، منذ 1912م ، راح ضحيتها نحو مائتي ألف من السكان ، وشهدت البلاد حالات تعذيب بشعة ، ومجازر وحشية ، وتدميراً هائلاً !
وقد أدانت المحكمة الدولية الولايات المتحدة بهذا العدوان دون جدوى .
9 ـ نظام جنوب إفريقيا العنصري ، بدعم من الغرب ؛ يقتل مليوناً ونصف مليون إنسان ، ويمارس عمليات تخريب ، كانت كلفتها ستين مليار دولار ، خلال حكم الرئيس ريجان .
10 ـ ذكرت مصادر رسمية أن: نحو مليون طفل عراقي ماتوا بسبب الحصار ، ونقص الأغذية ، والأدوية والمستلزمات الإنسانية . ( وَإِذَا الْمَوْؤُودَةُ سُئِلَتْ * بِأَيِّ ذَنْبٍ قُتِلَتْ) (التكوير) .
وقد بات في حكم المؤكد إطلاق قنابل مشعة باليورانيوم المنضب ، وذكرت تقارير عدة ، منها تقارير منظمة اليونيسيف: أن عدد الإصابات بسرطان الدم زاد بنسبة أكثر من ستة أضعاف ، عما كان عليه في السابق .
وحين سئلت وزيرة الخارجية الأمريكية (أولبرايت) عما يحدث قالت : إنه خيار صعب ، ولكن الثمن يستحق ذلك !
11 ـ أما في فلسطين ؛ ففي قوائم شهداء الانتفاضة الحالية ، نحو ألف وثمانمائة اسم بالتفصيل ، وحسب مصادر نقابة الأطباء ؛ فإن 25% منهم هم من الأطفال ، أما الجرحى فيزيدون عن مائة ألف .
وفي سجن (تلموند) يقبع الرجال الصغار من الأطفال الفلسطينيين ، في ظل ظروف صعبة للغـاية ، ويقدر عددهم بأكثر من مائتي طفل ، إنهم يحملون هماً أكبر من أعمارهم !
ولقد شرد العدوان الإسرائيلي أكثر مـن سبعمائة وخمسين ألف فلسطيني مـن مدنهـم وقراهـم ، ومزارعهم ، وشن حرب إبادة على هذا الشعب الأعزل ، بحيث أصبح الموت والدمار مشهدًا يتكرر كل ساعة ، فضلاً عن الحصار ، وما يستتبعه من ظروف اقتصادية ، وإنسانية مأساوية .
والولايات المتحدة هي ( الراعي الرسمي ) لهذا الإرهاب ، و( الداعم) الأكبر ، و( المحامي ) عنه في المحافل الدولية .
وإن المرء ليشعر بالعجز ! حينما يحاول أن يدلّل على الحقائق الواضحة الجلية ، أو يدون في إحصائيات حجم القتل ، والدمار ، والتخريب في فلسطين خلال أكثر من خمسين عاماً .
12 ـ وفي أفغانستان ؛ قتل وجرح أعداد ضخمة ، غير محدودة من المدنيين الأفغان ، ودمرت منازلهم ، وممتلكاتهم أثناء القصف الجوي ، من قبل قوات التحالف ، واستخدمت الأسلحة العنقودية ، وغيرها ، و قد تكشف الأيام المقبلة عما هو أكبر من ذلك !
وقد دعت المنظمات الدولية الإنسانية إلى فتح تحقيقات في الانتهاكات القائمة ، والتي منها: وفاة مئات السجناء من الطالبان ، وغيرهم في قلعة (جانجي) ، والعثور على أعداد كبيرة من الجنود المختنقين .
13 ـ ومن قبل قـامت القوات الأمريكية اعتباطاً ؛ بضرب مصنع الشفاء للأدويـة في السودان (1998م) ، وضرب أفغانستان بالصواريخ في نفس السنة .
وقد مات مئات الألوف من أطفال السودان ؛ بسبب نقص الأدوية .
14 ـ وفي جوانتانامو في كوبا ؛ يعتقل نحو سبعمائة أسير مسلم ، في ظروف غير إنسانية ، دون محاكمة ، ولا توجيه تهمة ، وتبخل عليهم الإدارة الأمريكية حتى بلقب ( أسير حرب ) ! ولا تسمح لأهلهم بزيارتهم ، ولا بالاتصال الهاتفي ، أو التحادث عبر الإنترنت !
لقد وعد الرئيس الأرعن شعبه ؛ بأنه سيجلب الإرهابيين من ( جحورهم ) إلى العدالة ! وحين عجز ؛ اختطف أعداداً من الشباب ، من باكستان ، ومن أطراف أفغانستان ؛ ليذر الرماد في عيون شعبه !
هذا شأن تطول قراءته ، إننا نستعرض تاريخاً طويلاً ، ونُطِلُّ على غابة متشابكة الأشجار ، مليئة بالوحوش الضواري والحملان الوديعة !
ولقد تجاهلت الإدارة الأمريكية كل هذا ، ثم قدمت نفسها على أنها: نموذج الخير ، والعدالة ، والأخلاق . وقال قيصرها : إن من لم ينحز إلى صف الولايات المتحدة في حربها ضد الإرهاب ؛ فإنه ينحاز إلى الإرهابيين ، ويكون قد اختار مصيره !
وبهذا وقع في شر أعماله ، وأسس لأزمة العلاقات ، التي قد تتحول إلى صراع أيديولوجي سياسي بين الولايات المتحدة ، وبين بقية دول العالم ، كما يستشرفه المفكر الأمريكي (فوكوياما) .
فالمعركة لم تعد مع منظمة أو دولة ، بل تتجه إلى أن تكون صراعاً مريراً ، بين الولايات المتحدة والعالم الذي لم يعد يشعر بمعقولية النزعة الصدامية ، لدى القيادة الأمريكية .
وحسبما نستقرؤه في السنن الربانية ؛ فإن هذه القوة العظمى تسير في الطريق الخطأ ، ليس بالنظر إلى الحق والعدل - فهذا أمر مسلم - ولكن بالنظر إلى مصالحها المستقبلية .
إن السنة آتية لا ريب فيها ، وإن استبطأها الناس واستعجلوها : ( وَلا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الْأَبْصَارُ * مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِي رُؤُوسِهِمْ لا يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَاء * وَأَنْذِرِ النَّاسَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمُ الْعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا رَبَّنَا أَخِّرْنَا إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ نُجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ الرُّسُلَ أَوَلَمْ تَكُونُوا أَقْسَمْتُمْ مِنْ قَبْلُ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ زَوَالٍ * وَسَكَنْتُمْ فِي مَسَاكِنِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمْ كَيْفَ فَعَلْنَا بِهِمْ وَضَرَبْنَا لَكُمُ الْأَمْثَالَ * وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِنْدَ اللَّهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ الْجِبَالُ * فَلا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ مُخْلِفَ وَعْدِهِ رُسُلَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍ) (إبراهيم)

وكأننا بدأنا نشهد بداية انفراط هذا العقد ، في الحرب الجديدة المزمعة على العراق .
كما نشهد تصاعد المعارضة الداخلية في أمريكا وبريطانيا ، للغة العنف ، والقتل ، والتهديد .
فدعونا ! نستثمر هذا المناخ على المستوى الرسمي ، والشعبي ؛ لحماية العراق ، والعرب ، والمسلمين ، ولرد الكرة إلى الملعب الأمريكي .

منذ وقوع هجمات الحادي عشر من سبتمبر, واستمرار اقحام الولايات المتحدة نفسها في علاقات الشرق الاوسط بالعالم الاسلامي, تحاول اميركا جاهدة فهم الاسلام واتباعه. ورغم ان الاسلام الديانة الاسرع انتشارا في الولايات المتحدة, حيث تشير التقديرات المتباينة الى ان اعداد المسلمين الاميركيين تتراوح بين مليونين وستة ملايين مسلم فان الاميركيين دأبوا على عدم إدراك الممارسات المتباينة التي تشكل الاسلام في الولايات المتحدة والخارج. ولكن مع تفهم مزيد من الاميركيين ماهية الاسلام والتباين في انماطه الاقليمية والمذهبية - فان نوعا مختلفا تماما من المجتمع الاسلامي ينتشر في الولايات المتحدة يختلف الى حد كبير عن الجدل الدائر حاليا حول مكان المسلمين في المجتمع الاميركي. ومثلها مثل طائفة المورمون التي اباحت تعدد الزوجات في احدى مراحلها وحركة السينتولوجي التي تؤكد على دور الروح في الكون المادي فان امة الاسلام, المعروفة اختصار بالاحرف NOI منظمة دينية اجتماعية قائمة بذاتها في الولايات المتحدة. وبدأت تلك الحركة على يدي »اليجا بوول« وهو من ولاية جورجيا بالهام من الواعظ الاميركي المسلم »والاس فارد محمد« واصبحت تعرف باسم امة الاسلام العام 1930 في المرحلة التي ابتليت فيها البلاد بالكساد الاقتصادي. ومنذ بدايتها تكونت حركة امة الاسلام من الاميركيين السود دون غيرهم وركزت في بدايتها على النزعة القومية الانفصالية لدى السود وسط حقبة اتسمت بالتوترات الاجتماعية والعرقية الشديدة. وفيما كانت الولايات المتحدة تحاول التكيف مع فترة ما بعد الحرب العالمية الاولى, كان الكثير من الاميركيين الافارقة يهاجرون الى المدن الشمالية سعيا وراء ظروف معيشية افضل الامر الذي غير تركيبة او تشكيلة المراكز الحضرية. لكن هؤلاء المهاجرين صوب الشمال وجدوا بدلا من ذلك تمييزا وفصلا عنصريا عميق الجذور. ويقول »بوول« الذي عرف فيما بعد باسم »اليجا محمد« انه شهد ثلاث عمليات اعدام قبل ان يكمل العشرين من عمره. وفي اطار استجابتها للاحتياجات الروحانية ولملء الفراغ السياسي والاجتماعي لدى السود في المناطق الحضرية - تمكنت امة الاسلام بسرعة من كسب الكثير من المريدين والمؤيدين في وقت قصير. وفي برنامج عمل امة الاسلام الذي نُشر العام 1965 وضع »اليجا محمد« اسس ومبادئ المنظمة, وكانت الثلاثة الاولى منها تحدد الاهداف النبيلة للحركة وهي: نريد حرية كاملة غير منقوصة, ونريد العدالة, التي يتساوى الجميع في ظلها امام القانون تُطبق على الجميع بغض النظر عن العرق واللون والطبقة الاجتماعية, ونريد مساواة في الفرص المتاحة, ومشاركة متماثلة مع العناصر الافضل في مجتمع متحضر. وفيما تدعو امة الاسلام الى العدل والمساواة, فانها تعمل من اجل حل انفصالي, ولكنه قائم على المساواة يدعو في برنامجها الى اقامة دولة ذات سيادة للسود. وتطالب كذلك ب¯ »السماح لشعبنا في اميركا الذي يتحدر من اباء او اجداد كانوا عبيدا باقامة دولة منفصلة او اراض خاصة بهم سواء داخل تلك القارة او في اي مكان اخر«. و»نحن نعتقد ان سادتنا السابقين ملزمون بتخصيص تلك المنطقة التي يجب ان تكون خصبة وغنية بالثروات المعدنية. ونعتقد ايضا ان سادتنا السابقين ملزمون بتوفير احتياجاتنا في تلك المناطق المنفصلة طيلة ما يترواح بين 20- 25 سنة قادمة الى ان نتمكن من انتاج وتوفير احتياجاتنا بانفسنا«. وبما انه لا يمكننا التعايش معهم في سلام ومساواة, بعد ان اعطيناهم 400 عام من عرقنا ودمائنا ومقابلة ذلك باسوأ معاملة يمكن ان يتلقاها البشر على الاطلاق , فاننا نعتقد ان اسهاماتنا في تلك الارض والمعاناة التي فُرضت علينا من جانب اميركا البيضاء تبرر مطلبنا بالانفصال الكامل في دولة او اراض خاصة بنا. وقد لقيت رسالة الانفصال اصداء قوية لها لدى الاميركيين السود الذين نشأ معظمهم تحت وطأة الفصل العنصري الكريه الذي تعرض له »اليجا محمد«. وبحلول العام 1970 كان اتباع امة الاسلام يتجاوزون المئة الف. ومن بين الامور التي وفرت قوة دافعة لقيام »حركة امة الاسلام« واستمرار جاذبيتها لدى اتباعها, انها وفرت بديلا للمسيحية وهي الديانة التي كانت سائدة بين الاميركيين السود في ذلك الوقت والتي انتقدها »اليجا محمد« حين وصفها بانها ديانة الشيطان الابيض ذي العيون الزرقاء التي فُرضت على الاميركيين السود اثناء فترة الرق. وتقول »امة الاسلام« ان الديانة الاسلامية كانت جزءاً من تجربة الافارقة السود قبل المسيحية. وخلال الاربعين عاما الاولى من قيام امة الاسلام لم تكن هناك اوجه تشابه تذكر بين الحركة والتيار الاسلامي التقليدي. ففيما يرتكز المعتقد الاساسي لامة الاسلام على ان الله واحد وهو امر يماثل عقيدة التوحيد فان تلك المبادئ الاساسية تجيء في اطار توضيحي من الناحية النظرية يقول ان الله جاء في شخص »والاس فارد محمد«. ان الاعتقاد بأن »فارد محمد« المعلم والملهم الخاص ل¯ »اليجا محمد« جاء الى الارض مجسدا في الله يضع تعاليم امة الاسلام في تناقض شديد مع تعاليم الاسلام الذي ينص على ان تأليه اي فرد يتعارض مع الاصل في العقيدة الاسلامية وهو وحدانية الله.
